Hilton's IPO was looming, and Blackstone needed to show that cash could be exrtracted on demand - we developed a three template approach and within the span of a year built nearly 80 hilton local sites (James May, Izaro Ansotegui and the whole team did this, I did the least of it).  Performance was amazing, overall revenue was up 34% across the board and average bounce rate decreased to 30%.
